Het betekent dat je met twee voeten op de grond staat, stevig in je eigen basis, in je kracht en dus in je lijf. Gronden helpt je om dicht bij jezelf te blijven, grenzen aan te geven, te voelen wat je wilt. Je bent minder gevoelig voor prikkels en ervaart over het algemeen een gevoel van balans. Als je goed gegrond bent heb je daarnaast minder last van ratelende gedachten en kun je beter onderscheiden welk gevoel van jou is en welk gevoel van de ander.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7c9a3579 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7c9a3579\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-782d85c3\" data-id=\"782d85c3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25476cf4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"25476cf4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">Zo werkt gronden niet<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bd02285 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2bd02285\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De fout die de meeste mensen maken is dat er geprobeerd wordt om te gronden vanuit een visuele meditatie. Meditaties waarbij je bijvoorbeeld voor moet stellen dat er wortels groeien uit je voeten die je gronden, diep de aarde in. Het punt is dat je dan weer in je hoofd gaat zitten. Om te gronden, echt te kunnen gronden, is het de bedoeling dat je gaat voelen en in je lijf gaat zakken. Daarna, wanneer je werkelijk contact hebt met je lijf, kun je een visuele meditatie doen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Daarom hieronder drie van mijn favoriete gronding-oefeningen.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-77d471fb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"77d471fb\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3d9fd30\" data-id=\"3d9fd30\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-601a11bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"601a11bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">1. Voor thuis: liggen op de grond\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-612b50c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"612b50c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Liggen op de grond, en dus niet op de bank of een zacht comfortabel oppervlak, werkt als een trein. Omdat de harde vloer niet naar je lichaam vormt, voel je duidelijk het verschil tussen waar jouw lichaam stopt en de grond begint. Je voelt je lichamelijke begrenzing. Zo land je in je lijf.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5c03483b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5c03483b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-83d2e3e\" data-id=\"83d2e3e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43a5afdd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"43a5afdd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">\u20282. De 5,4,3,2,1 zintuigen oefening, bijvoorbeeld in de trein\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-511b7a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"511b7a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Spreek je zintuigen aan om in je lijf te landen! En dat doe je als volgt:<\/p><p>Noem 5 dingen die je ziet<br \/>Noem 4 dingen die je hoort<br \/>Noem 3 dingen die je voelt<br \/>Noem 2 dingen die je ruikt<br \/><span style=\"letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform); background-color: var(--nv-site-bg);\">Noem 1 ding wat je proeft<\/span><\/p><p>Deze oefening vraagt om te vertragen en aandachtig te zijn in wat je voelt en ervaart. Je belandt in het nu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c7a5127 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c7a5127\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-71b78880\" data-id=\"71b78880\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54b038a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"54b038a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">3. Dansen als een wilde in je woonkamer\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18e3ce44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"18e3ce44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zoals je misschien wel weet geef ik workshops en cursussen om dansend contact te maken met je lijf. Maar niet altijd heb je tijd of ruimte voor een twee-uur durende deep dive in het lichaam. En dat hoeft ook niet.<\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var(--nv-site-bg);\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">Dus&#8230; wanneer je hoofd heel druk is en je heel veel onrust ervaart, dan helpt het om als een wilde te <\/span>dansen<span style=\"letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">\u00a0in je woonkamer. <b>Mits je daarna wel je rustmoment pakt.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var(--nv-site-bg);\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">Muziek kan je daarbij helpen! Het haalt je uit je hoofd, want anders ga je weer nadenken over hoe je moet bewegen. Ga dus helemaal los op je favoriete nummer van Beyonc\u00e9 (of Guns and Roses voor mijn part, doe je ding) en begin te schudden, te springen en te rennen. Zorg dat je elk deel van je lijf hebt geactiveerd: je hoofd, je armen, je benen, je rug, je buik. Van top tot teen!<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>Doe dit net zolang tot je voelt dat er iets gaat stromen in jezelf, tot je voelt dat je weer de lucht langs je huid kunt voelen, de haren op je hoofd voelt bewegen, en je voeten op de vloer voelt bewegen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Soms is het nodig om dus eerst fysiek heftig te bewegen, voordat je \u00fcberhaupt iets kunt voelen.<\/span><\/p><p>Daarna kan het lekker zijn om in stilte te liggen op de grond. <strong>Pak dat stiltemomentje na je uitspatting wel,<\/strong> anders sla je weer door in de hyper.
