The story of my body
A scar on my foot from a performance as a dancer, back when I also owned a dance studio and trained or taught every day. A few years later, a COVID infection left me feeling drained—pale skin, trembling muscles, and a nervous system in dysautonomia. Many days at home, staring at the same walls, the same ceiling.
And now? Gray hairs appear, and I effortlessly carry heavy groceries upstairs. Clothing sizes keep growing, hands show wrinkles, and yet I still recognize myself."
My body has been intensly fatiqued, yet I have also experienced it as infinite and unbeatable. There is so much more to tell. This body carries my life.
What I do
I guide people in making contact with their bodies. Every body is welcome. It’s about discovering who you are in this moment, and the many versions of yourself you will become throughout life. Sometimes it’s about transcending yourself, allowing you to connect with something deeper than the self. And sometimes, it’s simply very practical.
