Individual guidance in somatic movement

SIMONE | SHE/HER | 27-02-1990

Since 2012, I have been exploring the relationship between the body and the inner world through dance and meditative movement. For the past few years, the Epiphora Method has also been an important part of this repertoire.

In my classes and sessions, I aim to create a space where you are encouraged to come forward as you are. I want to support you in following your own path, in listening to your body. A place where you can make mistakes and explore depth with a sense of lightness

Wanna join?

Epiphora

The Epiphora Method is a gentle technique that strengthens physical resilience. It is accessible and can be adapted to your individual capacity, offering support when your body needs it.

Somatic Work

When you feel that something within you is ready to unfold. A curious, deepening journey inward. Playfully dancing, moving, exploring.

The Playful Space

A practice of meditation, somatic movement and dance in a playful setting within a group.

How does Epiphora work?

The Epiphora Method supports the body’s natural ability to restore itself. The exercises encourage gentle drainage, help the body relax, and restore vitality and resilience.

By practicing the Epiphora Method daily, resilience returns to both body and mind. It opens the way to trusting your body again and sensing it fully.

Why Somatic Work?

Somatic work deepens the relationship with yourself, doing this practicing is valuable at any stage in life. Feeling, sensing, and expressing form the core of the sessions.

Connecting with your body in this way fosters a curious and exploratory attitude towards yourself and life.
